Racha Terms of Use
Last updated
Ler em portuguêsThese terms govern the use of the Racha app, provided by Works2DEV. By installing or using the app, you agree to them. How we handle data is described in the Racha Privacy Policy.
What Racha does
Racha is a calculation tool: it helps split a bill among several people, from a scanned receipt or manual entries, and generates Pix copy-and-paste codes for settlements.
Racha is not a payment method
- Racha does not move money, is not a financial or payment institution, and has no access to your bank account.
- You make payments yourself, in your banking app. Check the name, key and amount before confirming any Pix.
- Works2DEV is not responsible for transfers made to wrong keys, for amounts paid or unpaid between participants, or for agreements between the people at the table.
Check the amounts
Automatic receipt reading (OCR) and the split may contain errors, for example with crumpled receipts, poor lighting or unusual receipt layouts. Review the items and the total before closing the bill. The result is a suggested calculation; what counts is what the participants agree on.
Other people’s data
When you enter other people’s names and payment details, you confirm that they know about it and agree.
Acceptable use
Do not use Racha for unlawful purposes, to mislead other participants or to interfere with other people’s sessions. Do not reverse engineer the app, except where the law allows it.
Intellectual property
The app, the Racha brand, its design and its software belong to Works2DEV. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app.
Availability
Racha works without internet, but it depends on device features such as the camera, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and NFC, and on operating-system components. Some features may not be available on every device or system. We may change or discontinue features at any time.
Liability
The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Works2DEV is not liable for losses arising from unchecked reading or calculation errors, from payments between users or from loss of device data. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law guarantees to consumers.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Brazilian law. Disputes shall be settled in the courts of the consumer’s domicile.
