Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Works2DEV handles personal data when you visit works2dev.com.br or get in touch with the studio. Every product we build has its own policy, covering that product’s particulars — you can find them all in the Legal center. If they conflict, the product policy prevails for that product.

Summary

• This website uses no cookies, has no forms, no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics.
• We do not sell, rent or trade personal data.
• If you write to us, we use your e-mail only to reply and continue the conversation.

Controller

Works2DEV is the controller of the data processed on this website and in direct contacts with the studio, under Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018 — LGPD).

Data we process

When you visit the website

Like any web server, ours automatically logs technical access data: IP address, date and time, requested page, browser and operating system (user agent) and the referring address. These logs keep the site secure and running — for example, to detect abuse and fix errors.

When you contact us

If you send an e-mail to one of our addresses, we process your name, your e-mail address and whatever you choose to tell us in the message.

Sharing

We do not share your data with third parties for their own purposes. We rely on providers that process data on our behalf — our hosting provider and our e-mail provider — under confidentiality and security obligations. We may disclose data to authorities when required by law.

Retention

• Technical access logs: for as long as needed for security and diagnostics, and at least for the period required by Brazil’s Internet Civil Framework (Law No. 12,965/2014, art. 15) where applicable.
• E-mail conversations: while the conversation is active and for as long as needed to meet legal obligations or defend rights.

Security

The website is served over HTTPS only, is static (there is no database holding visitor data) and server access is restricted to the responsible team.

Your rights

You may request at any time: confirmation that we process your data, access, correction, anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data, portability, information about sharing and review of automated decisions (LGPD, art. 18). You may also object to processing based on legitimate interest and lodge a complaint with Brazil’s National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
